About Wes

Wes is a U.S. Army veteran who has been coaching since 2013, and Bad Batch runs on what he's learned since: training works when it's grounded in science and the nutrition underneath it is right.

He holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from Austin Peay State University, an M.S. in Kinesiology and Biomechanics from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi, and a second master's in Medical Nutrition from Arizona State University. That nutrition training is why every Bad Batch program starts with a full nutrition evaluation.

Wes also coached at one of the largest Parisi Speed School locations in the country, where he specialized in sprint development and vertical jump mechanics for volleyball athletes. He is a NASM Master Trainer with more than 14 exercise certifications.
