Terms of Use

Beta version. Effective October 21, 2026.

These terms are an agreement between you and Bad Batch Performance LLC ("Bad Batch", "we") about the Bad Batch app and coach dashboard. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Who can use Bad Batch

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You're responsible for the household members you add, including children, and for any phone you link in athlete mode.

2. Coaching, not medical advice

Bad Batch gives coaching and education on nutrition and training from Coach Wes Nelson (M.S., NASM-CES, NASM-PES, CNC). It isn't medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it doesn't replace your doctor or a registered dietitian.

  • Talk to your doctor before starting a new nutrition or training program, especially if you or your child are pregnant, use insulin or a GLP-1 medication, have kidney disease, or have a history of an eating disorder.
  • Stop and get medical help if you feel pain, dizziness or anything unusual.
  • Training has risks. You choose the weights and the movements, and you're responsible for safe technique and supervision of children.
  • Product verdicts, Road Fuel picks and articles are Coach Wes's coaching standard, not health claims about a product. Always read the label yourself for allergies.
  • Supplement stacks are Coach Wes's suggestions. He may earn a commission when you buy through them. They aren't evaluated by the FDA and aren't meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in email secure. Tell us at support@badbatchperformance.com if you think someone else is using your account. You can delete your account at any time from the Family tab.

4. Plans, trials and member codes

The app is free during the beta. Before any paid plan starts, we will tell you the price in the app and you choose whether to subscribe. When paid plans start:

  • Some features will need a paid plan (Nutrition, Training or Both), with a free trial for new households.
  • Subscriptions bought through Apple or Google renew automatically until cancelled. They are managed and refunded under Apple's or Google's rules.
  • Gym member codes are for Bad Batch Performance members. One code is for one household and can't be transferred. Member pricing may end if gym membership ends.
  • We may change prices with notice. The change applies at your next renewal.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no breaking in, reverse engineering, scraping, sharing codes publicly, or using it for anything unlawful.

6. Our content

Recipes, menus, programs, articles, verdicts and the app itself belong to Bad Batch or its licensors. You may use them for your own household. Don't republish or sell them.

7. Your content

You own what you enter. You let us store and process it only to run the app for you, as the Privacy Policy describes.

8. Changes and ending

We may update the app or these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Disclaimers and limits

The app is a beta and is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will be error-free or always on. To the extent the law allows, Bad Batch isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Kentucky law.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Kentucky law. Disputes go to the state courts of Christian County, Kentucky.
